Computer Requirements
To participate in the program, we strongly suggest that each student, instructor, or supervisor own or have easy access to the following minimum computer hardware and software. Students who do not meet these minimum requirements may have difficulty successfully participating in or completing certain components of the program.
While it is possible to participate in the program using a Mac platform, university technical support for Mac platforms is limited. If you are purchasing new equipment, we encourage you to consider purchasing a PC.

Students are responsible for all computer communication charges in the form of long distance telephone charges, subscription to an Internet provider, or any other communications service requirement.
Students are expected to be able to use computer-mediated communications for the following purposes:
- instructor-student and student-student interaction in computer conferences,
- e-mail,
- file transfer or file attachment of assignments,
- interaction and feedback on joint student projects,
- accessing audio and video materials, and
- accessing electronic databases (library resources, Web resources).
